Schools from Pennsylvania, Ohio, Alabama, Montana, New Jersey and even as far as Taiwan showed off their lemon spirit. Our VJs from Mrs. Quartullo's 2nd grade class at Crooked Billet Elementary did an AMAZING job VJ'ing our 2012 kick off event! We got to meet Liz Scott, Alex's mom, from Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation who told us about her daughter Alex and read from Alex and The Amazing Lemonade Stand. We also got to hear a special message from Lily Adkins, and amazing local ALSF Hero - - and one of ours too! And OF COURSE we got to see everyone's excitement and enthusiasm for raising money to fund pediatric cancer research and end childhood cancers worldwide!
In our spirit rally ALL schools had a chance to show us just how excited they were about the project. There were skits, songs, poems, dances, cheers, and lemons galore. All the schools were amazing but Liz Scott and the MAGPI judges have decided the following schools ultimately are our 2012 Spirit Award winners!

We also had a chance to view the 2012 MAKE A DIFFERENCE COMMERCIAL CONTEST entries. Click here to view and vote for your favorites. Speaking of contests, your poster contest entries are due May 17th. We CAN"T WAIT to see your creativity and lemon spirit shine in these posters!
